Aaron Hoxie is making his way into his second season at the helm of the MACU Men's Soccer program for the 2025 season.

In his first year with the Evangels in 2024, Hoxie led MACU to its fourth-straight Sooner Athletic Conference regular season title and fifth consecutive trip to the NAIA Tournament, wrapping up the year with a 14-3-4 overall record and a 7-0-2 mark in SAC play.

Over the course of the season, MACU notched multiple massive results, including a 1-1 draw at No. 6 Bethel (Ind.) on Aug. 22 and a 2-1 win at No. 7 Grace (Ind.) on Aug. 24.

As a result, Hoxie was named the SAC Coach of the Year as well as the NCCAA Central Region Coach of the Year as the Evangels, finishing as the No. 17 team in the NAIA.

Currently, Hoxie serves as the NCCAA Division I Men's Soccer National Chair as well as serves as the SAC representative in the South ARC for the NAIA National Championship committee.

Hoxie came to MACU after a 12-year coaching career at SAC rival Central Christian College of Kansas, a program where he amassed a 107-108-25 record and wrapped up one of its best seasons after finishing 2023 with a 12-5-5 overall record while going 5-4 in SAC play.

In leading the Tigers to their third NCCAA National Championship Tournament in the last four years, the Tigers advanced all the way to the semifinals before losing to the eventual National Champion Westmont (Calif.) in a nail-biting 3-2 contest. 

During his tenure at CCCK, Hoxie guided the Tigers to the 2022 NCCAA Central Region Championship, was named the two-time NCCAA Central Region Coach of the Year, led Central Christian to its first SAC Tournament Championship game in 2020-21, and was the recipient of the highly distinguished Frank Jewell Award, a special honor presented by the NCCAA to the coach with the highest Christian character.

Hoxie received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Biblical Studies from Cairn University in 2003 and his Master's of Science in Sports Management from Liberty University in 2012. Hoxie also received his USC (United Soccer Coaches) Advanced National Diploma in 2023.
