Randall Robison will be entering his second season as goalkeepers coach of the MACU men's soccer program for the 2021 campaign.
During the split 2020-21 season, Mid-America Christian put together one of its best defensive seasons in program history, allowing a record-low 0.79 goals per game while helping guide the MACU keepers to the second-most shutouts in team history (10).
The Evangels wrapped up the year as the Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament Champions after playing Central Christian to a 0-0 draw and pitched a 3-0 shutout in the postgame shootout on Apr. 9 at Evangel Field.
Robison helped mentor Sven van den Oever, who came in during the spring portion of the season and earned NCCAA All-America Second Team accolades.
Robison has more than 25 years of goalkeeping and head coaching experience at the collegiate level, which includes stints at the University of Oklahoma, East Central, Oral Roberts and Oklahoma Christian. Robison has provided goalkeeper training camps all across the United States as well as various camps within the state of Oklahoma.
