  • Team Notes:
    • Mid-America Christian provided a strong test to SAC leader No. 21 Science & Arts on Friday night, including forcing the game to go into the half with a scoreless draw. However, the Drovers were able to punch-in the go-ahead goal in the 55th minute before adding an insurance goal on a penalty kick in the 66th minute to seal the 2-0 result.
    • The loss to the Drovers was MACU's first conference defeat of the season after going 3-0-1 through the first four matches.
    • Junior goalkeeper Makayla Farquharson after notching a .750 save percentage in the defeat to the Drovers, is currently one of just three keepers in the SAC to rank in the top five in both goals allowed average (1.52, 5th) and save percentage (.746, 5th). The only other two keepers to have accomplished that feat thus far are SAGU's Zoe Boldt (1.04, .837) and John Brown's Chloe Griffin (0.91, .804).
    • MACU will be looking to try and get back on-track offensively against the Golden Eagles after being held to only eight total shots with two being on-goal against the Drovers on Friday.
