McPHERSON, Kan. – The MACU baseball team swept the series over Central Christian in a 19-6 win at Tiger Stadium on Saturday as the Evangels outscored the Tigers 44-10 in the weekend series.

GAME NOTES
- Mid-America Christian scored its 19 runs on 14 hits and committed two errors whereas Central Christian scored six runs on 13 hits while committing three errors.
- Andrew Enwiya had a huge day at the plate, starting off the top of the first with a grand slam. Enwiya finished his day going 1-for-2 with four RBIs, four runs scored and a pair of walks and a hit-by-pitch.
- Carlos Medina put together a stellar performance on the offensive side as well, going 3-for-4 with a double, two RBIs, three runs scored with a walk and a stolen base.
- Conner McKinney continued to stay hot at the dish in the finale, slashing 3-for-4 with a double and a pair of runs scored. McKinney was the best bat for the Evangels in the three-game series, going 9-for-11 (.818) with a double, three homers, eight RBIs and six runs.
- Yan Ely Adames also had a solid day at the plate, batting 2-for-6 with three RBIs off a double to go with a run scored.
- Despite having a rough day on the mound, Ryan Harney got the win to improve to 6-1 on the season, moving into a tie for second in the SAC for wins picking after tossing five innings and allowing six earned runs on 12 hits, a walk and three strikeouts.
- MACU picks up its fourth consecutive victory over Central Christian and recorded its largest margin of victory in series history. The Evangels also earned their first SAC sweep of the season and moved just a game back of No. 22 Southwestern Assemblies of God for the SAC lead with an 8-4 league mark.

- Mid-America Christian will return home next weekend to take on Oklahoma Panhandle State in a three-game series. The Evangels will open the slate with a doubleheader on Mar. 31 with a 1 p.m. first pitch at the MACU Baseball Field.
