Women’s Soccer Takes the Road to Face Southwestern Christian

OKLAHOMA CITY – MACU Women's Soccer continues Sooner Athletic Conference play on the road by taking a short trip North, to face conference rivals Southwestern Christian on Saturday afternoon for a 1 pm kickoff.

- Mid-America Christian recently defeated Nelson on Tuesday afternoon at the Dill Soccer Field, as the Evangels scored three first-half goals to claim all three points.
- MACU sits joint top of the Sooner Athletic Conference table with eight points, with a 2-0-2 record. The Evangels have played three of the top five teams in conference standings and have come away without a loss thus far.
- Freshman Liv Houlston has recorded a goal or assist in three consecutive conference games, tallying four goals and a team leading three assists. Brae Baker scored her first conference goal against Nelson, to take her season total to seven, which leads the Evangels.
