- Team Notes:
- Mid-America Christian is coming off a pair of dominant showings last weekend inside the Gaulke Activity Center as the Evangels picked up a pair of crucial three-set sweeps over John Brown and College of the Ozarks.
- In the win against the Bobcats, the Evangels held COFO to its second-lowest attack percentage of the season at .060. Even though Ozarks held MACU to only a .164 hitting clip, the Evangels got a sensational performance from their attack leader Alica Obusekova, who put down 12 kills on a .429 hitting percentage against the second-best blocking team in the Sooner Athletic Conference.
- In the showdown between two of the top freshmen in the conference between Seyi Atolagbe and Anna Brunner, it was Atolagbe that put up the stronger performance, tallying seven kills on a .375 hitting percentage with six blocks and even though Brunner also notched seven kills and six rejections, Brunner only hit for a .176 clip in the contest, her third-lowest attack rate of the season. The two players both respectively rank second and third in the SAC in attack percentage with Atolagbe hitting .380 and Brunner smacking .322.
- The weekend slate is a crucial one for MACU as the Evangels currently sit in fifth in the SAC standings with an 11-7 league mark, sitting just a game back of Oklahoma Panhandle State and Wayland Baptist, who are tied for third at 12-6.
- One of four legendary seniors in the MACU lineup, setter Casady McKinney is on the cusp of achieving a feat of excellence on the court. Already the owner of the program's career aces record, McKinney needs only seven more to become the first to reach 200 while also needing only 26 assists to become just the second Evangels setter to reach 3000 career assists in the NAIA Era (2007-present). Only Calle Solie (2009-12) has achieved the feat with 3675 career dimes.
- Prior to the start of the OPSU match, Mid-America Christian will honor its four graduating seniors: Ryley Bowden, Sydney Martin, Casady McKinney, and Alica Obusekova.

- Team Notes:
- Oklahoma Panhandle State wrapped up its final home matches of the 2025 regular season with a pair of dominant sweeps over Central Christian and Langston last weekend. As a result of the two dominant wins and a week removed from being named NAIA Attacker of the Week, Elena Kagiali was once again named the SAC Attacker of the Week.
- During SAC play, OPSU has been one of the best hitting teams in the conference, ranking third in the league with a .211 hitting percentage while also being pretty solid on the defensive end, ranking fourth in the conference in digs per set (18.48).
- The Evangels will need to key on one of the favorites to win SAC Attacker of the Year in Kagiali, who leads the SAC in kills per set (3.83) while posting the 12th-highest hitting percentage (.251). Kagiali is also outstanding defensively, averaging 3.31 digs per set with a .951 receive percentage.
- The Aggies senior laden lineup posts many of the best in their position as libero Winiffer Rodriguez ranks second in the conference in digs per set (4.63) while setter Mia Sanchez is dishing out the third-most assists per set (9.54).
- Mid-America Christian will be looking to avenge a tough loss at OPSU back on Oct. 3 as the Aggies grinded out a nail-biting 3-1 decision inside Anchor D Arena. Even though MACU was the much better side in the attack, notching 57 kills on a .218 hitting percentage to OPSU's 50 kills on a .170 rate, the difference in the match came from the service line. With the Aggies scoring 16 aces to only eight errors and MACU tallying only one ace to 10 miscues, Panhandle outscored the Evangels by an astounding 26-9 from the line.
