However, the biggest difference in the game was TXWES's ability to get to the line, shooting 20-of-27 (74.1 percent) from the stripe.
  • It was a sloppy game for the MACU offense, committing 19 turnovers to only 14 for the Lady Rams, resulting in a 17-8 TXWES advantage in points off takeaways.

  • Taliah Lee continued to make another big offensive impact for the Evangels, scoring a game-high 18 points on 7-of-15 shooting, going 3-for-5 from behind the arc while pulling down five boards and tallying three steals.
  • It was a tough offensive game for MACU's leading scorer Caitlynn Jordan, who was the only other Evangel to crack into double-figures with 10 points on 4-of-16 shooting, going 2-for-6 from downtown and just barely missed a double-double with nine rebounds.
  • Sincere Roberts finished the contest with eight points and seven rebounds while Talayah Thomas also added eight with four boards.
