Saw action in 18 games and made 17 starts ... closed out the year with a .351 batting average after going 20-for-57 with five doubles and a triple to go with 10 RBIs and 18 runs scored ... finished fifth on the team in slugging percentage (.474) and fourth in on-base percentage (.429) ... tallied the fourth-most stolen bases with three ... in his return from injury against Bacone (Okla.) on Feb. 20, finished with a season-best 3-for-3 performance, tallying three runs and an RBI off a double in a 27-5 win ... followed it up with a season-best three RBIs and another three runs after going 1-for-4 with a double and a walk in the 11-0 victory in the second game of that doubleheader against Bacone ... tallied two more three-hit performances, going 3-for-4 with two runs and an RBI off a triple in a 10-2 win at Arlington Baptist on Mar. 3 ... went 3-for-3 with two runs as well an RBI with a double in a 7-1 win over Bacone on Mar. 7.
