9.19.08 - OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - Mid-America Christian University Head Golf Coach Markus Crandall has announced the signing of Matt Costilow. He will join the MACU golf program in the fall of 2008.

Costilow, 22, is an Oklahoma City native who is the son of Tim and Kittie Costilow. He graduated from Westmoore High School in 2004. While playing golf for the Westmoore Jaguars, Costilow was a four year starter.

"Matt's game has been developing and maturing over last few years. He had a great career at Westmoore, but opted not to play golf out of high school. He has rekindled his desire to be part of a college team and compete in tournament golf. He recently posted a low round 69 in Phoenix, while playing with his dad. I believe Matt has the chance to have a great golf career at MACU."

MACU is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and the Sooner Athletic Conference.
