SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - The Mid-America Christian University basketball
media guide received national recognition from National Association of Intercollegiate Athletic-Sports Information
Directors Association at their annual convention hosted by Menlo College and
the California Pacific Athletic
Conference on July 3rd.
The basketball media guide was awarded ?best cover' in the combined
basketball category. MACU Webmaster, Andy Marks, designed the cover. The guide finished
third overall in the category as well. Sports information director Sara
Williams, chief information officer Jody Allen along with Marks put together
the media guide.
"We are proud to see our
media guide honored," Williams said. "Andy does a great job designing the
guides and Jody is an immense help with editing. "I really appreciate the
contributions they make to our athletic department and promoting our
student-athletes."
