Oklahoma City, Okla. -- Junior forward Nicole Wittman has been selected to the Sooner Athletic Conference third-team, with junior guard Marcy Robinson earning honorable-mention  honors, the league announced today. 

Wittman put together a solid season in leading the Lady Evangels in points (13.3 ppg), rebounds (5.5 rpg) and blocks (28).  Wittman produced a monster game of 29 points and 14 rebounds in a near-upset at current No. 18 ranked Southern Nazarene earlier this season.  She also scored 27 points in a regular-season ending 71-67 victory at USAO this past Saturday evening (Feb. 26). 

Despite missing the first three games, Robinson still led the Lady Evangels with 57 steals and scored 8.3 points a game along with 3.8 rebounds per game. 

Also, seniors  Melissa Aguilar and April Hale, along with junior guard Brittany Prandy were selected to the Academic All-Conference squad. 

The Lady Evangels are preparing to host the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Central Regional Tournament coming up on Mar. 9-12 at the Gaulke Activity Center.
