OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Mid-America Christian University baseball squad will begin play in the Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament tomorrow afternoon (May 1) against the top-seeded and No. 1-ranked (NAIA) Oklahoma City University Stars at 3 p.m. at Jim Wade Stadium on the OCU campus.

The Evangels will be looking to pull off another upset after besting the Stars 1-0 behind Christian Hill's complete game shutout on Apr. 6 that allowed MACU to salvage a game of the four-game series.

MACU will then face fourth-seeded USAO on Thursday afternoon (May 2) at 2 p.m. followed by a Friday tilt (May 3) with fifth-seeded Rogers State University, also at 2 p.m.  All three of the Evangels' SAC tourney outings are scheduled to be played at OCU.

The two teams with the best records from each pool will then face off in the tournament championship game on Saturday afternoon (May 4) at 1 p.m. at OCU.
