The Lady Evangels got down 33-19 at the 5:13 mark of the opening half when Ferguson went to work, scoring 10 points as the Lady Evangels closed the half with 12 straight points to come within two at the break.

John Brown led for the final time at 37-35 early in the second half as Ferguson again spearheaded a big run with eight points to fuel an 18-3 spurt that put MACU on top 53-40 with 9:59 to go.
