OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Mid-America Christian University men's golf squad will be adding transfer Nate Chadd into the program for the upcoming 2015 season.

Before arriving at MACU, Chadd competed two seasons at Seminole State College (Okla.), where he was selected as a team captain.

Chadd helped Seminole advance to the National Tournament both years, including capping his run there by shooting a spectacular 66 at the NJCAA Division II National Tournament in Scottsboro, Ala.

The Wichita, Kan. native was also picked as a team captain while prepping at Bishop Carroll High School.

A solid student-athlete, Chadd was a member of the Honor Roll at Seminole State.

"This has to rank as one of the top signings in the history of our golf program," head coach Allen Dukes said.

"We're excited Nate has chosen to play the final two seasons of his college career at MACU."

He is the son of David and Janet Chadd and plans to major in Business at MACU.
