GREENVILLE, S.C. – The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) announced its 2021 Scholar-Athlete awards on Sunday night as the Mid-America Christian men's soccer program placed 12 on the distinguished list.

To qualify, a student-athlete must be a junior, senior or graduate student by academic standing, competed at least one semester for the nominating institution, be a competing student-athlete and maintain at least a 3.40 cumulative grade-point average.

With 12 players named, the Evangels notched more Scholar-Athletes than any other NCCAA Division I program in the country.
