Brown and Robeaux are officially the third and fourth MACU baseball players in program history to earn the esteemed accolade after Yan Ely Adames garnered First Team honors in 2022 while Kelton Lachelt was selected as a Second Team recipient in 2023.
In wrapping up his three-year Evangels career, Robeaux is one of the most decorated pitchers in program history, earning All-Sooner Athletic Conference honors with a Second Team nod in 2022 and a First Team selection in 2024 while also garnering three NAIA and NCCAA Scholar-Athlete awards.
In his three seasons at MACU, Robeaux holds multiple NAIA Era (2008-present) career records, including: strikeouts (209) and wins (21) as well as top 10 marks in ERA (3.98, 6th), opponent batting average (.226, 4th), WHIP (1.24, 4th), games pitched (38, 10th), games started (29, 4th), complete games (6, 7th) and innings pitched (185.1, 3rd).
After starting off his senior season in the bullpen, Robeaux became an elite starter for the Evangels during the second half of the regular season as the Mustang, Oklahoma native allowed just six earned runs over 38 innings of work in six starts, closing out the regular season with a complete game shutout victory at Southwestern Christian on April 26 to lock up the program's first ever SAC regular season title.
Another long-time pitcher for the MACU Baseball program, Brown put together an incredible four-year career with the Evangels. Earning All-SAC Second Team accolades in 2024 as the team's closer, the Blanchard, Oklahoma product wrapped up his MACU career with multiple marks in the program's record book, including holding the records for games pitched (61), games started (37) and innings pitched (208.1) as well as also holding top 10 career marks in opponent batting average (.274, 10th), WHIP (1.44, 7th), strikeouts (189, 2nd), wins (16, 3rd) and saves (6, 3rd).
The senior righty played an instrumental role in MACU's meteoric rise in the collegiate baseball world as he was named an NCCAA All-Tournament Team performer after throwing 15 stellar winnings of four-run ball in wins over Fort Lauderdale and Southwestern Christian during the Evangels' NCCAA National Championship run in 2023 as well as served as the team's lockdown closer during MACU's SAC Championship run in 2024.
Over the course of his final MACU campaign, Brown was brilliant on the mound, allowing just eight earned runs over 43.2 innings while saving two of his strongest appearances for last. Brown tossed seven stellar innings of one-run ball in MACU's 12-6 win over Oklahoma City in the SAC Championship game in Chickasha, Oklahoma on May 7 before throwing four shutout innings in the program's first ever NAIA Tournament win in the 5-4 victory over Oklahoma Wesleyan on May 14 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
The two pitchers were cornerstones for an elite MACU pitching staff that ranked as one of the best in the NAIA, finishing the 2024 season with the sixth-lowest team ERA (3.99) and the 10th-lowest WHIP (1.35) while the team as a whole finished with a program record in wins after going 41-13 overall, 20-4 in SAC play while also achieving the program's highest ever rank in the NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll, finishing with the No. 11 ranking in the final poll.
