AUSTIN, Texas -- Mid-America Christian University senior student-athlete Larissa Runyan has been selected to the prestigious CoSIDA Academic All-America Volleyball team as a second-team selection in the college division, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America.

The CoSIDA College Division Academic All-America teams are comprised of student-athletes from NAIA, Canadian and two-year institutions.

Runyan majors in English: Literary and Cultural Studies and has maintained a perfect 4.0 grade-point-average.

An OKC native, Runyan is one of four student-athletes combined on the first and second teams with a 4.0 GPA.

On the court, Runyan ranked third in both kills (264) and digs (334) this season for the Lady Evangels.
