Shawnee, Okla. -- Cici Mitchell scored a goal and dished out one assist while Karla Cabello recorded two helpers in the Mid-America Christian University Lady Evangels 3-0 victory at St. Gregory's University Cavaliers in their regular season finale today (Nov. 1) in Shawnee, Okla. 

As things currently stand, the Lady Evangels would be the sixth seed in next week's Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament, with the highest seed hosting each round. 

Chelsea Swisher got the scoring going with a goal from Mitchell at the 30:54 mark to put MACU on top. 

Mitchell then got into the scoring act three minutes into the second half on Cabello's first assist and Cabello then assisted on a score from Kayla Baldwin in the 86th minute to finish things off. 

The Lady Evangels (12-5, 5-4 SAC) dominated the match, out-shooting the Cavaliers 24-10 overall and 12-2 on-goal, led by Mitchell's five shot-attempts. 

Kaitlyn Whitten made two saves for the Lady Evangels in recording her sixth shutout of the season. Haylee Merrill recorded seven saves in the net for the Cavaliers (3-13-1, 1-8 SAC) before giving way to Mallory Adams for the final 17:33, who stopped one shot.
