OKLAHOMA CITY -- Mid-America Christian University senior Kaci Power has been selected as the Sooner Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced today (Sept. 21).

Power earned the award after producing a historic week, scoring a school single-game record five goals (since joining the NAIA) in an 8-0 romp at Texas College and then added the Lady Evangels' only goal of a 2-1 OT setback to McPherson College (Kan.).

Her five goals broke her own match record of four set back in 2013 (9/20/13).

The Bixby, Okla. native has scored a team-high seven goals this season for the Lady Evangels.

Power and the Lady Evangels will next host the University of Houston-Victoria on Friday afternoon (Sept. 25) at MACU Soccer Field.
