Bethany, Okla. -- The No. 19-ranked Southern Nazarene University Crimson Storm took two from the Mid-America Christian University Lady Evangels by identical scores of 6-2 Saturday afternoon (Apr. 21) in Bethany, Okla.

Amy Madden powered the Crimson Storm with a combined seven RBI in the two wins.  She went 2-of-2 with a pair of RBI in the opener and then 2-of-3 and five runs driven for the nightcap.

Ashtin Simeroth had an RBI in each game for the Lady Evangels.

Simeroth put the Lady Evangels on top with an RBI single in the second game, but a two-run single by Madden in the first inning put SNU on top and then Madden followed that up with a three-run homer in the bottom of the third that made it 5-1.

It didn't take long for the Crimson Storm to take control of the first game as a run in the bottom of the second and five more in the third made it a six-run game.

The Lady Evangels will next host Hillsdale College on Monday afternoon for Senior Day beginning at 1 p.m.
