OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Mid-America Christian University softball Lady Evangels have added Taylor Green to the program for next season.
Green comes to MACU after playing at Cowley Community College in Wichita, Kan., where she received a Choctaw Nation scholarship.
The 5'3 OKC native competed for the Westmoore HS Jaguars and was a Mid-State All-Conference performer. She was also an All-State and All-Region selection.
"We are so excited to get Taylor to play for the MACU softball program," head coach Robert Wakefield said.
"She is a very versatile player being that she can play anywhere on the field. She comes from two good softball programs in Westmoore High School and Cowley Community Junior College. Taylor is a great example of a student-athlete coming into our program."
Taylor is the daughter of Kim and Dean Green and plans to major in Behavioral Science at MACU.
