OKLAHOMA CITY -- Mid-America Christian University softball head coach Robert Wakefield has added another early signing for the 2017 season in Tuttle, Okla. native Brianna Glass.

Glass lettered four seasons for the Tuttle HS Tigers and helped the squad to four regional championships, four state tournament berths and a pair of state semifinal appearances.

A solid student-athlete, Glass has been on the Superintendent's Honor Roll for four years and is a three-time Academic State Champion.  She is also a member of the National Honor Society and has served as the High School yearbook photo editor.

"Brianna is both a great player and great young lady," Wakefield said.

"We are very fortunate to sign her and have her on our team the next four years.  Bri will give us more speed at the plate as well as in the outfield.  We are so glad to have her in our MACU softball family."

Glass is joining a program that is coming off consecutive winning seasons for the first time since joining the NAIA in 2008.

The daughter of Brian and Crystal Glass, Brianna attends First Baptist Church of Tuttle.
