OKLAHOMA CITY -- With cold temperatures already embarking on the OKC area and more winter weather expected soon, Saturday's (Feb. 28) Mid-America Christian University home softball doubleheader against Sterling College has been postponed.  No makeup date has been announced.

The two schools did get together for one game yesterday in Sterling, Kan., with the Lady Evangels coming out on top 11-5.  The second game was halted in the second inning due to cold temperatures.

Weather permitting, MACU is next scheduled to begin Sooner Athletic Conference action against No. 5-ranked Oklahoma City University next Tuesday afternoon (Mar. 3) at 1 p.m.

It will be a rematch of last year's SAC tournament title game, that the Stars captured 8-0.
